18-Court Indoor Facility with Food Hall and Beer Garden Coming to South Metro

Apple Valley is about to become the epicenter of Twin Cities pickleball with the planned construction of Picklehall, a groundbreaking 67,000-square-foot facility that promises to transform how locals experience America's fastest-growing sport.

The ambitious project, spearheaded by developer Randy Motilall of Markid II Properties LLC, will rise on a 3.77-acre site at the northeast corner of Garrett Avenue and 153rd Street West.

The long-vacant parcel, situated near Apple Autos and the Apple Valley Post Office, is perfectly positioned to serve the entire south metro area.
