Gopher Resource Update: Settlement Notices and Air Quality Results

Some Eagan residents are receiving class action settlement notices related to the Gopher Resource facility's operations between 2000 and 2024. Meanwhile, the MPCA confirmed lead levels returned to normal in April, and recent water and soil testing at city parks came back well below EPA safety thresholds.

Apple Valley Parks Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies

Apple Valley unveils two brand-new recreation facilities on October 23, 2025, at Johnny Cake Ridge Park West. The community is invited to ribbon cutting ceremonies for the Goodwin Pickleball Complex at 5:00 PM and the Apple Valley Skate Park at 5:30 PM—the first major completions fConnected at the Riverrom the 2023 Parks Referendum that's transforming all 51 city parks.
