Monday - July 7th

🎭 FRIENDS TRIVIA NIGHT at The Better Half: est your knowledge on everything from Joey's acting gigs to Ross's divorces while enjoying themed drinks. Tuesday - July 8th

🏗️ Police City Hall Groundbreaking in Burnsville: Be part of local history from 5-7pm (ceremony at 5:30pm) at 100 Civic Center Parkway! The City of Burnsville is bringing the party to the pavement with police and fire vehicles plus construction equipment to explore, a chance to sign your name on a piece of the future building, bounce houses, face painting, yard games, and DJ entertainment.

👶 Clay Play for Little Ones: Perfect for tiny hands and big creativity! Kids ages 2-6 (with a grown-up) will squish, roll, and glaze their own pre-made clay pieces—think sharks, dinos, and kitties. This messy magic session includes all supplies, aprons available, and finished pieces ready for pickup in 7-10 days. Register here.

Wednesday - July 9th

📚 PBS KIDS Skillsville Library Adventure: Join Twin Cities PBS and Dakota County Library for 2 hours of family-friendly fun at noon! This free event features snacks, hands-on educational activities, and appearances by costumed characters from the new PBS KIDS show "Skillsville." Hosted by TPT Learn and Dakota County Library, no registration required.

🚗 Weekly Wheels Car + Bike Meets: Rev up your Wednesday nights at Buck Hill! The Twin Cities' biggest midweek meet runs every Wednesday 5:00-8:00 PM through September 10th. Hundreds of hand-selected vehicles, live music, killer food, and amazing automotive diversity—from rare imports to vintage Americana.

Thursday - July 10th

🦞 Cousins Maine Lobster at Pellicci Ace Hardware: The wait is over—authentic Maine lobster is coming to Farmington! This event brings delicious lobster goodies right to your neighborhood. Order at the truck or skip the line by ordering ahead on their app (opens one hour before the event at 10am).

💦 Splish Splash Water Play: Cool off with Farmington Community Ed at the elementary school playgrounds! This free morning event features water tables, chalk paint, bubbles, and more water-themed activities. Includes hands-on fun, giveaways, and a snack cart to keep the excitement flowing. This runs from 9:30 to 11am.

🎵 Party on the Plaza: Burnsville's ultimate summer celebration is back! Join the free, family-friendly festivities at Nicollet Commons Park from 5-9 PM. Live music featuring Bluehound Band, great eats, cool activities, and good vibes all around. Hosted by the City of Burnsville, this Thursday.

Friday - July 11th

🎨 Clay & Cocktails Independence Edition: Let freedom ring with clay in your hands and a drink by your side! This month's Clay & Cocktails celebrates independence your way—whether flying solo, with friends, or on a date night. Start with a quick demo, then let your creativity lead. Register here.

🥕 Apple Valley Villa Farmers Market: Fresh finds every Friday for 8 amazing weeks! Running 9 AM-1 PM at 14610 Garrett Ave, this inaugural farmers market brings wonderful local vendors to your neighborhood. 🎶 Live Music in Kelley Park: Enjoy 2 hours of live music in the beautiful outdoor setting of Kelley Park! Hosted by the Apple Valley Arts Foundation, this free concert series brings quality entertainment to your neighborhood. No tickets required! This is from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

Saturday - July 12th

🎁 Bricks & Minifigs Surprise Event: Something special is brewing at Apple Valley's favorite LEGO store! While details are still under wraps, expect compliments all day at no charge, probable set raffles, and so much more. Join them at 10am at Bricks & Minifigs Apple Valley.

Sunday - July 13th

🚚 Lakeville Fleet Farm Food Truck Train: All aboard for a delicious adventure! The Food Truck Train is pulling into Fleet Farm with an amazing lineup including Cheese Curd Tacos, Original Hockey Mom Brownies, Udder Buddies LLC, and Eggroll Queen. Come down to the Lakeville Fleet Farm from noon to 5 pm.

🧱 LEGO Block Party: Transform Burnsville into mini Legoland! Bricksworth Beer Co. and Bricks & Minifigs present 4 hours of brick-filled fun from 11 AM-3 PM. Browse, shop, and admire epic collections of rare, custom, and hard-to-find LEGO sets and creations. Located at 12257 Nicollet Ave, this Sunday event is perfect for casual fans and die-hard brickheads alike!

🤠 South Side Line Dance with Billie: Boot scoot your way to Trove Brewing for the perfect Sunday evening! Back at a new venue, these beginner line dance lessons run 6-8 PM and are ideal for girls' night out, date night, or checking off that bucket list activity.
