Carbone's Sues Hastings Over Forced Closure
Carbone's is taking the City of Hastings to court after being forced out of their location for the new water treatment plant. The restaurant had a valid lease until 2029, but the city ordered them to vacate by June 30th without formal legal proceedings, no hearing, no due process.
