Rosemount's Newest Elementary School Opens with Green Technology and Irish Heritage

Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan School District (District 196) officially opened Emerald Trail Elementary this fall, marking the district's 20th elementary school and introducing net-zero ready technology funded through the Building Our Future bond referendum approved by voters in May 2023.
